Cat Mountain – Modern

This property is nestled in a hill side of the Cat Mountain Neighborhood; which can pose some tricky design challenges. These clients wanted us to anchor the landscape as a whole, and work with the modern architecture of the home. The walkway around the house to the pool was more of an unwanted slide to the pool! By creating terraced steps along the walk, as well as plant material to help evoke a tropical paradise; we created a space that was functional as well as beautiful. With a few additional touches to accent the architecture this space went from choppy to smooth and cohesive.
